CENTRAL POINT — Seton Francis DeZell, a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church in Medford, died at home here Feb. 15. He was 25.
Mr. DeZell was born Feb. 8, 1985, to John and Joyce DeZell. He attended Rogue Community College in Medford, and was a stonemason who had his own business, Rockscape, in Central Point.

SHERWOOD — Dorothy Margaret Hanson died here Feb. 21. She was 84.
Mrs. Hanson was born Dec. 12, 1925, in Spring Green, Wis., and grew up on a farm with 11 siblings. After graduating from St. Francis School of Nursing as a registered nurse, she married Leonard F. Hanson on April 17, 1947, in La Crosse, Wis.

Ann Lazuran

Ann Lazuran died Feb. 20. She was 93.
She was born Nov. 19, 1916, in Portland. She was a clerk for the Oregon State Public Health Laboratory.
She is survived by her children, Mary Ann Smith, Catherine Lazuran, Glory Sheldon, Daniel, Peter and Mark.
A Mass was celebrated Feb. 25 at St. John the Baptist Church in Milwaukie.

VANCOUVER, Wash. — Georgia Lee Finch, a former member of St. Rose Church in Portland and current member of St. Joseph Church here, died Feb. 21. She was 87.
Mrs. Finch was born Sept. 19, 1922. She worked as a teller for First National Bank/First Interstate Bank in Portland and Seaside, and had lived for the past 13 years in Vancouver.

Philip Mitchell, a member of All Saints Church, died Jan. 8. He was 88.
Mr. Mitchell was born Nov. 24, 1921, in County Leitrim, Ireland. He grew up on a small farm and came to the United States in 1950, becoming a citizen in 1956. He married Mary Faherty on May 22, 1954, at Holy Redeemer Church in Portland.

Michael Palmer died Feb. 24. He was 67.
Mr. Palmer was born Jan. 11, 1943, in Silverton. He retired from Bonneville Power Administration.
He is survived by his wife, Toni; and daughter, Carmen.
A funeral Mass was celebrated March 3, at Holy Rosary Church.

Dorothy Sahli died Feb. 21. She was 86.
Mrs. Sahli was born May 22, 1923, in Raymond, Wash. She moved to Portland in 1941 and married Paul Sahli. They lived in Southeast Portland for more than 60 years.
She is survived by her daughters, Lori and Cynthia; and three granddaughters.
A funeral was held Feb. 25, at St. Ignatius Church.

BATTLE GROUND, Wash. — Shirley Vossen, a longtime member of St. Joseph Church in Vancouver, died here Feb. 18. She was 84.
Mrs. Vossen was born March 3, 1925, in Casper, Wyo. She moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1938, and lived in the Vancouver area for more than 40 years.
